The Electricity Engineers' Association (EEA) of NZ is an independent association which was established in 1925 to meet the requirements of technical and engineering people working in the electricity supply industry.

The EEA is the leader in technical and safety issues in the electricity supply industry and plays a vital role as a conduit for leading edge information. It provides a powerful forum to coordinate the technical and safety needs of industry, debate key issues and provide a collective voice to government on technical and engineering issues.
