Valuing Utilities
Utility network values first appeared on the District Valuation Rolls in 2001. NZUAG has coordinated the development of guidelines to help clarify the key elements and processes in undertaking the valuations. The document sets out the guiding principles to be followed, and provides templates for the provision of data for the different utilities. |
